Château Vartely wurde im Jahr 2004 gegründet. Die Marke wurde bereits 1996 ein starker Einflussfaktor auf den internationalen Weinmarkt. 2008 wurde der “Tourist-Complex” zum Chateau erweitert.

Château Vartely was founded in 2004. The brand was already a strong factor influencing the international wine market in 1996. In 2008 the “Tourist Complex” was expanded to the Chateau.

Der Ursprung des Namens Vartely liegt im Namen von Orhei, einem Wort, das auf Ungarisch “Ort der Festung” bedeutet (vár + hely oder Festung + Ort).

The origin of the name Vartely lies in the name of Orhei, a word that in Hungarian means “place of the fortress” (vár + hely or fortress + place).

Château Vartely ein relativ junges Unternehmen. Das sich jedoch sehr schnell zu einer Ikone des Landes entwickelt hat.

Château Vartely a quiet young company actually. However, exciting how quickly became such an icon of the country.

Meine exklusive Einladung zum Tasting war sehr aufregend. Mit einem freundlichen “Welcome” im Keller. Fand dann die Tour im privaten unterirdischen Lounge-Restaurant ein eindrucksvolles Ende im Chateau Vartely.
