So eine freundliche Einladung an alle Mensch. Als Firmen-Philosophie finde ich dieses Familien Zitat, sehr beeindruckend. Die Einladung habe ich natürlich gerne angenommen. Der Mix aus gelebter Familien-Tradition als ein weltweit exportierendes Weingut, erfolgreich zu sein und dabei so authentisch und historisch zu leben, war eine besondere Erfahrung für mich. Und ein beweiß wie moderner kapitalismus mit mit historisch authentischen Lifestyle zu verbinden ist.

Such a friendly invitation to everyone. As a company philosophy, I find this family quote very impressive. Of course I gladly accepted the invitation. The mix of living family tradition as a worldwide exporting winery, being successful and living so authentically and historically was a special experience for me. A proof of how modern capitalism can be combined with a historically authentic lifestyle.

Jeder Wein beginnt mit den Trauben. Und für jedes Weingut ist ein Weinberg erforderlich. Deshalb haben wir in 10 Jahren über 500 Hektar gepflanzt. Alle unsere Weinberge befinden sich in der Nähe des Dorfes Geamana in der Grafschaft Anenii Noi, etwa 10 Kilometer vom Weingut entfernt. Asconi Winery | Zitat

Any wine starts with the grapes and having a vineyard is required for any winery. That is why we have planted over 500 hectares (1230 acres) over the course of 10 years. Traditionelle Küche | Traditional cuisine

Die Moldau Küche ist eng mit der rumänischen Küche verwandt. Auch Einflüsse der griechischen und der türkischen Küche sowie Einflüsse aus verschiedenen Mittelmeerküchen finden sich hier wieder.

Typische Gerichte Moldaus sind u.a. das moldawische Nationalgericht Mamalyga (Brei aus Maismehl, Salz und Wasser). Parjoale (Knödel aus Kalbfleisch, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch). Ciorba de Potroace (Suppe aus Geflügelinnereien, Karotten, Zwiebeln, Petersilie und Reis, mit Bors, vergorener Kleie, gewürzt). Brynza (Relativ junger Käse aus Schafsmilch) sowie diverse Milchprodukte wie Joghurt und Käse.

Moldavian cuisine is close to Romanian cuisine related. Influences of Greek and Turkish cuisine as well as influences from various Mediterranean cuisines can also be found here.

Typical dishes from Moldova include the Moldavian national dish Mamalyga (porridge made from corn flour, salt and water). Parjoale (dumplings made from veal, onions and garlic). Ciorba de Potroace (soup made from poultry, carrots, onions, parsley and rice, with boron, fermented bran, seasoned). Brynza (relatively young cheese made from sheep’s milk) and various milk products such as yoghurt and cheese.

Im Laufe der Jahre wurde mit verschiedenen Rebsorten experimentiert. Der Schwerpunkt fiel dabei auf “Local Hero” Reben Feteasca Alba und Feteasca Neagra. Die wirtschaftliche Grundlage gestalltet sich lukrativer mit französischen Global Player Rebsorten. Wie Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc und Muscat. Auch Sorten wie Riesling, Malbec, Pinot Noir werden hier konventionell kultiviert.

Various grape varieties have been experimented with over the years. The focus was on “Local Hero” vines Feteasca Alba and Feteasca Neagra. The economic basis is more lucrative with French global player grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. Varieties such as Riesling, Malbec, Pinot Noir are also cultivated here in a conventional way.
