Cave Du Chateau De Chenas
The last stop of my Burgundy trip takes me to the cooperative "Cave du Chateau de Chenas" in Beaujolais region. The cooperative exist since 1934 and is about 250 hectares in size, with an every year harvest from about 10.000 hectoliters of wine and more than 1.2 million bottles of grape juice.
